Waste Land Walk

Today I led a perambulatory group reading of TS Eliot’s The Waste Land, from the East London Cemetery in West Ham to London Bridge. We took in the Greenway, the Olympic Park, Regional Waste Recycling’s wet slurry centre, the River Lee, Trinity Buoy Wharf, Canary Wharf, the Wapping Project, Tobacco Dock and the Tower of London, as well as most of the locations mentioned in the poem.
